MTN Ghana has organised a Wealth and Wellbeing Masterclass Series aimed at equipping customers with practical insights into financial growth and personal health.
The session, held at the Mövenpick Hotel, was also streamed live on Facebook and YouTube to enable broader participation beyond those physically present.
Speaking at the event, General Manager for Consumer Marketing at MTN Ghana, Nana Asantewaa Amegashie, said the initiative forms part of the company’s strategy to go beyond connectivity and deliver meaningful value to customers.
According to her, the masterclass focused on “the most important conversation about your money and your health is the second in the series, following a maiden edition held in October last year.
She explained that the platform is curated as a premium experience, bringing together selected customers and industry experts to share insights on topics that directly impact their lives.
Madam Amegashie noted that the hybrid nature of the programme allows both in-person and virtual audiences to benefit, expanding access to knowledge and engagement.
“This is not just about providing network services; it is about adding value to our customers’ lives and helping them become better and more informed,” she stated.
She further explained that topics for the masterclass are driven by customer insights, with MTN engaging participants to identify areas of interest before selecting expert speakers, including financial professionals and wellness specialists.
She indicated that feedback from participants plays a key role in shaping MTN’s product development and service delivery, enabling the company to design solutions that better meet customer needs while supporting their transition into the digital space.
On inclusivity, she assured that efforts are being made to reach customers who may not be digitally inclined, adding that highlights from the sessions are shared across public platforms to extend access to a wider audience. She emphasised that the ultimate goal of the initiative is to empower customers to improve their lives through knowledge, innovation and accessible digital tools.
