The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced the successful payment of allowances for November and December 2025 to National Service Personnel (NSP) across the country.

In a statement issued on Friday, January 20, the Authority confirmed that all eligible personnel have been credited and advised them to check their GhanaPay accounts to verify receipt of their allowances.

The NSA expressed appreciation to service personnel for their patience and cooperation throughout the processing period, acknowledging the importance of timely payments to support their welfare and day-to-day responsibilities.

“Management appreciates the understanding and cooperation of National Service Personnel during the period of processing,” the statement said.

The Authority further disclosed that payment of the January 2026 allowance is currently being processed. According to the statement, the disbursement will be made once the necessary administrative procedures have been completed.

Management reiterated its commitment to ensuring the timely and efficient payment of allowances to all service personnel. It noted that efforts are ongoing to streamline internal processes and strengthen collaboration with relevant stakeholders to improve overall service delivery.

The NSA emphasized that it remains dedicated to addressing concerns relating to delays and is taking steps to enhance operational efficiency in order to avoid future setbacks.

National Service Personnel, who are deployed annually to various public and private institutions nationwide, play a critical role in supporting national development efforts in sectors such as education, health, agriculture, and local governance.

The Authority concluded by thanking all personnel for their dedication, resilience, and service to the nation, reaffirming its pledge to support them throughout their service year.

The payment announcement is expected to bring relief to thousands of personnel who rely on their monthly allowances to meet essential expenses during their mandatory one-year national service.
