Pres Mahama engages media tonight
President John Dramani Mahama will today, Wednesday, 10 September 2025, host a Presidential Media Encounter at Jubilee House in Accra.
The event, scheduled for 8:00 p.m., will be his first since assuming office earlier this year.
A statement signed by Mr Felix Kwakye Ofosu, Spokesperson to the President and Minister for Government Communications, explained that the encounter “will provide a unique platform for President Mahama to engage the Ghanaian people, through the media, on pressing national issues, his Resetting Ghana Agenda, policies and ongoing projects.”
It further noted that the session “will also offer an opportunity for journalists to pose questions directly to the President on a wide range of subjects affecting the nation.”
Participation in the encounter will be strictly by accreditation, with selected journalists invited to the Presidency.
“The Presidency looks forward to a productive and engaging session with the media,” the statement added.
