AT unveils strategic expansions, innovations for 2025

TELECOMMUNICATIONS giant AT has unveiled a series of ambitious initiatives for 2025, aimed at enhancing customer experience, supporting small businesses, and driving innovation in Ghana’s digital landscape.
In a statement to its customers, the company expressed gratitude for their continued support and outlined key developments in its journey toward greater accessibility, connectivity, and corporate impact.
Expanding Customer Accessibility
AT plans to open additional customer service centers across the country to make its services more accessible. This expansion aims to bring AT closer to customers in underserved areas, ensuring seamless interaction and support for all users.
Recognizing the critical role of small-scale enterprises in Ghana’s economy, AT is enhancing its Business-to-Business (B2B) offerings. The company is developing tailored solutions to empower small businesses with tools and services that enable them to remain competitive in an evolving market.
Investing in Infrastructure
To meet the growing demand for faster and more reliable connectivity, AT is making substantial investments in network infrastructure. These improvements will enhance data and call quality, allowing customers to stay connected effortlessly for work, leisure, and personal communication.
AT’s mobile money platform, ATMoney, is set to launch new features designed to provide users with greater flexibility and benefits. These upgrades aim to streamline financial management while maintaining the convenience and security ATMoney customers have come to rely on.
Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives
Through its flagship initiative, AT Touching Lives, the company continues its commitment to raising awareness about Sickle Cell disease. Over the past four years, AT has partnered with institutions such as the National Blood Service of Ghana, the International Sickle Cell Centre Ghana (ISCC Ghana), and the 37 Pediatric Sickle Cell Clinic.
These collaborations have facilitated educational campaigns, medical equipment donations, financial assistance, and blood donation drives, contributing to the prevention and management of the disease.
In 2025, AT aims to strengthen these partnerships to expand its impact further.
Looking Ahead
With these strategic initiatives, AT is poised to remain at the forefront of Ghana’s telecommunications industry. By focusing on innovation, infrastructure development, and social impact, the company is positioning itself as a leader in driving economic growth and improving lives.
As AT enters this new phase, the company reaffirmed its commitment to simplifying life for its customers, expressing optimism about the prospects of 2025 and its shared journey with users. “Together, let us make 2025 a year of success, greater connection, and growth,” the company declared.
