Head coach of Bechem United, Kwaku Danso has disclosed that their target is winning the FA Cup title and finishing in the top four of the ongoing 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season.
He made these remarks after the team claimed an important 1-0 win over Asante Kotoko on Sunday, Matchday 10 of the Ghana Premier League, at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park. Kofi Tompuo netted the only goal of the game after volley home from the centre circle.
Speaking in an interview, Danso admitted they had a rocky start, but their aim remains unchanged by finishing in the top four and winning the FA Cup.
“Our target is to make the Ghana Premier League top four and win the FA Cup,” he told Asempa FM.
“We didn’t start the season well, and we have had some of our key players injured, and they are now returning, so our target remains unchanged,” he added.
Bechem United, who now sit 9th on the league log with 14 points will be hosted by Berekum Chelsea at the Golden City Park in the Matchday 11 games this weekend.
