Do not do drugs – Edem tells young artistes
Ghanaian musician Edem has urged young and upcoming creatives to avoid drug use as they build their careers.
In a post shared on his Facebook page, Edem encouraged the youth to focus on discipline, financial growth, and making their families proud.
He stressed that drugs do not enhance talent or creativity but rather destroy potential and damage personal and family life.
“Dear young talents, do not do drugs. Make money and make yourself and your loved ones proud. Drugs do not make your talent better. They will destroy you eventually. And if they do not destroy your talent, they will destroy your family life,” he wrote.
Edem, who has been vocal about responsible lifestyle choices within the entertainment space, noted that success comes from hard work, consistency, and maintaining clarity of mind.
