Ghanaian defender Bridget Adu seals move to Luton Town FC

Black Queens defender Bridget Adu has completed a move to English club Luton Twon Ladies FC.

The Ghanaian centre-back joined the club after excelling in the Egyptian league with TUT FC, where she won the League and Cup double last season.

The 25-year-old, who joined her new teammates last week, shared her excitement after successfully making the switch, insisting she will help the club achieve in goals.

“I am thrilled to have signed with Luton Town Football Club and I’m excited to be a part of this amazing team,” she said.

“I am looking forward to working with the coach, the staff and my new teammates to achieve things. I’m eager to help the team with my skills and experience to help the team and make the fans proud.

She added, “I’m honoured to wear the Luton FC jersey and I’m excited for this new chapter of my career.”

She previously played in Turkey with Atasehir Beldeyispor and Thonon Evian Grand in France.
