Yaw Siki Fuses Faith and Flow in New EP ‘Divine Selection’

Urban gospel musician Yaw Siki has officially released his new extended play titled “Divine Selection”, marking another milestone in his evolution as a gospel artiste.
The four-track EP showcases a fusion of urban sounds and inspirational themes, reflecting the artiste’s transition from secular music to a faith-based message. The project features “Prayer Meeting,” produced by SmokeyBeatz, as the opening track, followed by “Knock Knock,” produced by Seshi. The third track, “Advice,” and the final track, “Work In Progress,” are both produced by SmokeyBeatz.
Speaking about the project, Yaw Siki emphasised the spiritual inspiration behind the EP and its message of hope and transformation. “This project is a reflection of my journey and my calling,” he said. “It carries a message of faith, growth, and purpose through music that people can relate to.”
The opening track, “Prayer Meeting,” sets the tone for the EP with strong lyrical themes centred on spirituality and divine connection. Lines such as “In the name of Jesus, we have that ability, holy energy” highlight the song’s focus on prayer and empowerment through faith.
Yaw Siki, who previously gained recognition as a secular artiste, has in recent years rebranded as a gospel musician, dedicating his craft to spreading Christian values through contemporary music. His latest work demonstrates that he has maintained his lyrical skill and musical flow while embracing a new message.
