Otto Addo Names Four New Faces in Black Stars Squad

Black Stars head coach, Otto Addo, has announced his squad for Ghana’s March international friendlies against Austria and Germany, handing debut call-ups to four players, Derrick Luckassen, Patrick Pfeiffer, Marvin Senaya, and Daniel Agyei.
Luckassen, a centre-back for Pafos FC in Cyprus, is a product of AZ Alkmaar’s academy. He has previously featured for clubs including PSV Eindhoven, Hertha BSC, Anderlecht, Kasımpaşa, Fatih Karagümrük, and Maccabi Tel Aviv. He recently won the 2024/25 Cypriot league title and scored Pafos’ first UEFA Champions League goal.
Senaya currently plays for French Ligue 1 side AJ Auxerre, having had previous spells with Strasbourg, Sochaux, and Lausanne-Sport since making his professional debut in 2021.
Agyei, a forward and winger, plays for Turkish side Kocaelispor. Born in England, he previously featured for Leyton Orient, Crewe Alexandra, Oxford United, and Burnley before moving to Turkey.
Pfeiffer, a defender, plays for German Bundesliga II club SV Darmstadt 98.
Also returning to the squad are Iñaki Williams, Ibrahim Sulemana, Thomas Partey, and Alexander Djiku.
