Hamamat Tells IShowSpeed to Return to Ghana for Her Contact

Chief Executive Officer of the Shea Butter Museum and former Miss Malaika Ghana, Hamamat Montia, has stated that American content creator IShowSpeed must return to Ghana if he genuinely wants her contact information.

Speaking in an interview, Hamamat emphasized that her busy schedule makes it difficult for people to reach her.

“I am a busy woman, so sometimes it’s tough. People always want my number, but it’s hard for them to get through to me. If he wants my number, he needs to look for it. It’s not easy to get my number,” she said.

Reflecting on IShowSpeed’s visit, the former beauty queen noted that she had no regrets about not sharing her number during the American streamer’s January 26, 2026 trip.

“I was simply focused on my job. My mind was on the work I was doing and how best to project Ghana. At no point did I intend to share my number with anyone,” Hamamat explained.

She added that if the streamer is truly interested, a return visit would be the proper way to connect.

“We want IShowSpeed to come to Ghana, so if he wants my number, he should come Ghana again. The country loves him, and this is his home, so if he truly wants my number, he should come again. He knows the way,” she said.

IShowSpeed’s Ghana tour included a five-hour livestream and a visit to the Shea Butter Museum, where he experienced a shea butter massage performed by ten attendants. Upon returning to the United States, he admitted that one of his regrets was not asking Hamamat for her number during the visit.

“My favourite part of the tour was the Shea Butter Museum. Just imagine being oiled with shea butter by beautiful queens from Ghana. I kind of regret not asking for her number in that moment. She was so beautiful, now that I think about it,” he said.

Hamamat’s comments highlight both her commitment to promoting Ghana and her playful stance on personal boundaries, while inviting the streamer and his fans for a potential return visit.
