FORMER President John Dramani Mahama, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential candidate for the 2024 elections, has extended his warmest congratulations to Ghana’s Foreign Minister, Shirley Ayorkor Botchway, on her historic election as Secretary General of the Commonwealth.
