EMY Africa Expo to inspire young entrepreneurs to grow their businesses
Accra is set to host the EMY Africa Expo from June 14 to June 16, 2024, offering a dynamic platform for young entrepreneurs to learn, be inspired, and grow their businesses.
The expo, organized by EMY Africa, aims to provide opportunities for businesses to interact with customers and potential investors, fostering growth and innovation in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Mr. Kojo Soboh, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of EMY Africa, highlighted the expo’s mission to create an environment for networking, fun, and connection.
He emphasized that the event coincides with Father’s Day weekend, offering special activities such as a men’s cooking competition between participants from Ghana and Nigeria, alongside the business exhibition.
In addition to the business showcase, the EMY Africa Expo features a diverse range of activities designed to educate and entertain participants throughout the three days.
These include the Inspiring Greatness Forum, art exhibitions, forums on business, insurance, and social issues, a fashion show, sports and fitness setups, a music concert, a movie show, and the aforementioned cooking competition.
Mr. Soboh encouraged attendees to celebrate the men in their lives at the expo, underscoring the expo’s commitment to promoting positive masculinity.
The event has garnered support from partners such as the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre, Ghana Tourism Authority, and Artiste Alliance Art Gallery for the art exhibition.
Reflecting on EMY Africa’s track record of fostering a strong community of resourceful individuals, Mr. Soboh reiterated the expo’s focus on showcasing businesses, products, and services while providing integrated consumer experiences and entertainment options.

He highlighted the introduction of the Inspiring Greatness Forum in 2022, serving as a mentorship platform for young minds to engage with accomplished personalities, discuss topics central to personal growth, and foster mentorship networks. The EMY Africa Expo promises to be a vibrant and empowering event, offering a blend of entrepreneurship, education, entertainment, and mentorship opportunities to inspire and uplift young entrepreneurs as they navigate their journey towards success.
