Dr Bawumia leads NPP to shake Kwahu-Easter

The ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), led by Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, is gearing up for an energetic display of support this weekend as they prepare to storm Kwahu in the Eastern Region.

The occasion is a health walk ahead of the upcoming December 7th polls.

The Kwahu Easter celebration, renowned both locally and internationally, is set to play host to this vibrant political event. Drawing crowds from far and wide, the celebration promises a flurry of activities throughout the Kwahu enclave in the Region.

For the NPP, this year’s Easter celebration holds particular significance, as they plan to kick off a series of activities on the Kwahu Ridge.

Spearheaded by Dr. Bawumia himself, the party will be joined by former Presidential aspirants, National Executives, and all 33 Parliamentary candidates from the region, alongside thousands of NPP supporters.

The highlight of the weekend will be a Mega health walk, themed “It is possible UNITY Walk,” weaving through the bustling streets of Kwahu.

Following the walk, a mini Rally will feature Dr. Bawumia introducing the party’s parliamentary candidates to the enthusiastic crowd.

In addition to the health walk and rally, the NPP delegation will pay a courtesy visit to the Kwahumanhene on Saturday, engaging in further campaign activities to bolster support ahead of the elections.
