Lakeside wins CIMG Marketing Oriented Real Estate Company award for 3rd time
Lakeside Real Estate has won the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana’s (CIMG) award for the Marketing Oriented Real Estate Company of the year 2022.
Lakeside therefore earns the enviable record of being the only real state company to win this award for three times.
The company won it in 2019 and, 2021.
The award is an affirmation of the incredible work done by the management and staff of Lakeside in promoting their firm and positioning it as the real estate company of choice in the country.
The award was conferred by the Governing Council of CIMG at the 34th Annual National Marketing Performance Awards ceremony held in Accra.
The CIMG award has a very favourable image and is recognized as a benchmark of marketing excellence in Corporate Ghana.
A citation that accompanied the Marketing Oriented Real Estate Company of the Year award said it is in recognition of the company’s excellence in strategic marketing, from marketing insights through the effective formulation of marketing mix programmes to create value for the market and thereby delivering excellent results.
Welcoming the honour done the company, Managing Director of Lakeside Estate Dr. Prince-Joseph Ayiku stated that the award is an indication of the faith and trust of Ghanaians in the Lakeside Brand.
He commended his staff and clients for their efforts in ensuring that the objective of providing affordable and luxurious homes to Ghanaians comes to fruition.
He also leveraged the opportunity to extend invitations to the general public to latch onto the opportunity provided by his company for them to own a home in a gated community via the new Lakeside Hills.
