Enterprise Insurance Pays Over GH¢280m in Claims in 2025

Enterprise Insurance Limited paid more than GH¢280 million in claims to policyholders in 2025, underscoring the company’s financial strength and reinforcing confidence in Ghana’s insurance industry.
According to the company, the claims payments supported thousands of individuals, families, and businesses across the country in recovering from unexpected losses while maintaining business continuity and financial stability.
The insurer said the performance reflects its continued commitment to responsive customer service and timely claims settlement at a time when confidence and reliability remain central to growth within the insurance sector.
Enterprise Insurance disclosed that its operations continue to be supported by an AAA credit rating from GCR Ratings, indicating a strong capacity to meet financial obligations even under challenging economic conditions.
As part of efforts to improve customer experience, the company highlighted progress in making claims processing faster, more transparent and easier to track.
One of its key initiatives, the Same Day Motor Claims Service, introduced in March 2018, continues to provide accelerated settlement for minor motor insurance claims.
According to the company, by the end of 2025, more than 2,000 customers had benefited from the initiative, with total payments exceeding GH¢2 million.
Enterprise Insurance also pointed to the impact of ClaimXpress, its digital claims-tracking platform, which allows customers to monitor the progress of claims in real time and improve communication throughout the settlement process.
The company revealed that nearly 3,500 individual customers received approximately GH¢84 million in claims payments during the year.
At the corporate level, more than 3,200 businesses were paid about GH¢195 million, helping firms manage disruptions and sustain operations following insured events.
Enterprise Insurance, which traces its operations in Ghana back to 1924 during the Gold Coast era, said it remains focused on combining innovation, financial discipline and service delivery to meet changing customer expectations.
The company noted that as Ghana’s insurance industry continues to evolve, its priority will remain centred on efficient claims settlement, operational transparency and building long-term trust with customers.
