Birmingham City Boss Heaps Praise on Ghana’s Ibrahim Osman after Leicester City win

Birmingham City manager Chris Davies has praised the work ethic of Ghana winger Ibrahim Osman following their victory over Leicester City in the English Championship.
The Brighton and Hove Albion loanee netted his debut goal for the club to inspire them to victory and extend their unbeaten run to seven matches.
His first came in only his third match for the club after pressing and winning the ball off Leicester City defender Ricardo Pareira, before curling home the opener.
Although the Foxes responded through Osman’s international teammate Abdul Fatawu Issahaku moments later, the winger player a huge role as Leicester went a man down through a red card. Bobby De Cordova-Reid was sent off for a foul on Osman after just 32 minutes.
Birmingham City took advantage to secure a second half winner through Jay Stansfield.
“He’s been a great outlet for us. Real speed, loves the one-v-one. I want him to take risks, he is never going to beat the man every time but I love his positivity, I want him to keep that fearlessness and what I love most is that, he combines that with hard work,” said Chris Davies.
“He worked hard for the team, he would run, he would press and he would do the dirty side of the game very well and he did that,” he added.
