Bechem United returned to winning ways on Sunday with a narrow 1-0 victory over Hearts of Lions at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Stadium.

Augustine Okrah scored the decisive goal just four minutes after kick-off, taking his tally to seven goals for the season and lifting Bechem United to ninth place on the Ghana Premier League table.
Bechem held on to their early advantage with disciplined and resilient defending after the break, securing a fifth consecutive home win in the league this season.
Hearts of Lions, who came into the game on the back of a victory over Eleven Wonders, were unable to build on that momentum.
Despite the defeat, Bashiru Hayford’s side remain seventh on the table with 27 points, although concerns over inconsistency persist.
Hearts of Lions will next host Asante Kotoko as they seek to bounce back, while Bechem United travel to Accra to face fourth-placed Hearts of Oak in their next league fixture.
