I will form a truly representative govt -Alan

Independent presidential candidate and leader of the Alliance for Revolutionary Change (ARC), Alan Kyerematen, has reiterated his commitment to establishing a truly representative government should he secure victory in the upcoming December 7 general elections.

He emphasized this pledge during the national launch of ARC and its affiliates, comprising seven political organizations emphasizing the paramount importance of advancing a national unity agenda for the 2024 elections.

He articulated that his administration would be dedicated to fostering a government that genuinely serves all citizens, transcending traditional political affiliations.

Alan envisions an all-inclusive governance model, encompassing a diverse array of sectors such as farmers, professional groups, fisher-folks, traders, faith-based organizations, and civil society entities to redefine the architecture of political governance in Ghana.

“I don’t aim to establish a government solely dominated by politicians,” he asserted firmly.

He stressed the imperative for politicians to prioritize the empowerment of the populace over personal gain, underscoring that governance should fundamentally prioritize the welfare of the people above all else.

In his vision, the essence of governance lies in serving the interests of the citizenry, not merely catering to the agendas of politicians.

Alan underscored the necessity for a paradigm shift towards leadership that prioritizes the enrichment and well-being of all Ghanaians, transcending the self-serving tendencies often associated with political authority

Dr Abu Sakara Foster, founder of National Interest Party; asserted his confidence in Alan Kyeramateng’s leadership stating that the Alliance for Revolutionary Change (ARC) is ready to challenge the 32 (thirty-two) year old duopoly of the New Patriotic Party and the National Democracy.

He asserted that, the two parties do not understand the problems of the ordinary Ghanaian; hence, they have been ineffective in solving them.

Dr Sakara went on to liken the Alliance for Revolutionary Change (ARC) to the symbolic torch Dr Kwame Nkrumah lit in Ghana, touting that ARC is the older generation’s mode of passing the everlasting flame to the younger generation.

He also urged Ghanians to join the movement as it is “the only real alternative to reform restore and rest Ghana”

“I want each one of you to be bold, choose the less traveled path to prosperity for all and not the easy part to prosperity for a few at the expense of the many”, he stressed.
