Dormaahene eulogises Bawumia’s humility, campaign without insults

The Vice-President of Ghana and flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has embarked on the second phase of his campaign tour in the Bono Region, receiving praise for his respectful demeanor, intelligence, and humility.
A notable aspect of Dr. Bawumia’s campaign tour has been the introduction of busing his entourage and campaign team, a move that has garnered widespread commendation.
Additionally, he has made it a priority to meet with religious leaders and the Bono Regional House of Chiefs in each region he visits, seeking their prayers, guidance, and support.
During his meeting with the Bono Regional House of Chiefs, Dr. Bawumia outlined his visions and policies for Ghana, emphasizing his flat-rate tax policy aimed at fostering business success and growth.
The chiefs and people of the region warmly welcomed him, expressing admiration for his respectful and dignified approach to politics.
In particular, Dormaahene, Oseadeyo Agyemang Badu II, President of the Bono Regional House of Chiefs, lauded Dr. Bawumia’s demeanor, describing him as respectful, intelligent, and notably devoid of insults in his commentaries.
He also urged Dr. Bawumia to prioritize the completion of uncompleted projects in the region and fulfill promises made in the budget for the current year.
In response, Dr. Bawumia expressed gratitude to the Bono Regional House of Chiefs and sought their support for the upcoming December polls.
He assured them of his unwavering commitment to the development of the country, pledging to address their concerns and work towards fulfilling the aspirations of the Ghanaian people.
