Dataware, Yadaba host workshop on AI-driven retail revolution

DATAWARE Tech, in partnership with Yadaba Communications has successfully hosted a two-day workshop themed ‘AI-Driven Retail Revolution: Empowering Decision Makers with Data Analytics for Sustainability’.

Held in Accra, the event pooled leaders from top and middle management across various industries, including retail and oil and gas. Participants included representatives from ZEN Petroleum, Allied Oil, Electroland Ghana, and Xpress Gas.

Focus of the Workshop

The workshop aimed to equip decision-makers with the skills to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics to enhance business operations. Attendees received a comprehensive guide on using these tools for improved decision-making, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Nana Kojo Hagan, a Business Intelligence Specialist from Dataware Tech, opened the event by highlighting AI’s transformative role in today’s business environment. He stressed that AI and data analytics are no longer future technologies but are critical in the present. “Organizations adopting these technologies can streamline operations and create sustainable value for their businesses,” he stated.
