Vision FC Beat Berekum Chelsea 3–1 to Extend Unbeaten Run
Vision FC delivered an impressive second-half performance to secure a convincing 3–1 victory over Berekum Chelsea in their Matchday 25 encounter of the Ghana Premier League at the Nana Adjei Kraku II Sports Complex.
After a relatively quiet first half that ended goalless, Vision FC returned from the break with renewed intensity and opened the scoring in the 48th minute. Setsofia Agetey finished calmly to give the home side the lead.
The hosts continued to press forward and doubled their advantage just two minutes later when Ibrahim Larbi found the back of the net in the 50th minute, putting Vision firmly in control of the contest.
Agetey completed his brace in the 59th minute, extending the lead to three goals and effectively sealing the victory for the home side.
Berekum Chelsea attempted to stage a comeback and managed to pull one back in the 72nd minute, but their efforts proved insufficient as Vision held on comfortably to claim all three points.
The result extends Vision FC’s unbeaten run to six matches, comprising three wins and three draws, and moves them to ninth place on the league table.
Berekum Chelsea, meanwhile, remain just above the relegation zone in 15th place, with one defeat, two wins and two draws in their last five matches.
In their next Matchday 26 fixtures, Berekum Chelsea will face Nations FC, while Vision FC travel to Bibiani to take on Bibiani Gold Stars.
