Black Galaxies coach Didi Dramani has expressed confidence in his team’s preparation ahead of the crucial clash against Nigeria in the Championship for African Nations (CHAN) qualifiers.
Ghana will play host to their neighbors at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, December 22, 2024 before the reserves fixtures in Nigeria. The Black Galaxies will be seeking to maintain their dominance over Nigeria having edge them out on penalties two years ago to secure a spot in the last edition.
As part of their preparations, Ghana recently beat Togo in an international friendly game with Albert Amoah and Issah Yakubu getting the goals.
“We are physically, technically and tactically well oriented. Once the days come by, we still continue to refine and to do small adjustment and give the alternatives in the game,” he said.
“I’m very positive that come Sunday, we should be fully ready. As for preparation, we are okay, we are already there but we have to be ready for the game”
The CHAN tournament is set to be staged in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
