Ghanaian Actor Lil Win Hospitalized After Serious Car Accident in Kumasi

Popular Ghanaian actor Kwadwo Nkansah, widely known as Lil Win, is in the hospital following a near-fatal accident in Amakom, Kumasi.

A viral video shows Lil Win being helped by several people into another vehicle after his branded Benz was severely damaged in the Saturday morning crash.

Another circulating video features a woman, also a victim of the accident, alleging that the actor was speeding and had veered out of his lane.

The accident happened as Lil Win was gearing up for the premiere of his movie, “A Country Called Ghana,” in Kumasi on Saturday night, following a successful premiere in Accra.

Lil Win has been vigorously promoting the film, which features a cast of notable Nigerian filmmakers and fellow Ghanaian actors, over the past few weeks.
